Referees are paid on the field for ALL RYSL games.
For U08-U10 & ALL U12 games EACH COACH PAYS HALF of the Referee fees.
For ALL U14 games HOME TEAM PAYS ALL REFEREE FEES!!

•   Teams are on Opposite sides of the field - Spectators are on the same side as their team.
•   Referees MUST CHECK Risk Management Cards for all team officials! If no card, see rules.
•   SUBSTITUTIONS: Teams can substitue ONLY ON THEIR THROW-IN. There is no "sub if they sub"!
•   Yellow Card: Player MUST be substituted immediately but can return at next sub opportunity
•   If game is cancelled before starting refs get 1/2 fees. After start (for any reason) full fees.
